1) About Us

2) Orders & Pricing
• Prices are in GBP and include taxes where applicable.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe/WooCommerce. We don’t store card details.
• Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. If there’s a pricing/error issue, we may cancel and refund.
3) Shipping
• Dispatch time: 1–3 working days (Mon–Fri).
• Default service: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (delivery typically 2–3 working days after dispatch). Upgrades available at checkout.
• Once dispatched, delays/loss by the courier are outside our control. See Shipping & Returns for details.
4) Returns & Refunds
• You can request a return within 14 days of delivery (email hello@littlejinxie.co.uk with your order number).
• Items must be unused, in original condition/packaging.
• Exclusions:
• Custom/personalised items (unless faulty on arrival).
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty).
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
• Your statutory rights are not affected. For full details, see our Shipping & Returns page.
5) Handmade Products
• All jewellery is handmade, so small variations in colour/finish/placement may occur. That’s part of the charm.
6) Sizing & Suitability
• Our bracelets are one size and designed to fit the average adult wrist.
• Products are not suitable for young children (small parts/choking risk).
• Keep jewellery away from children and pets. Do not sleep, bathe, or exercise while wearing jewellery.
7) Materials & Allergies
• Materials are listed on product pages (e.g., silver-plated zinc alloy charms, copper spacer beads, stretchy cord).
• If you have metal sensitivities/allergies, please check materials before purchase or email us with questions.
• We cannot guarantee compatibility with every skin type. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
8) Payments, Promotions & Errors
• We may refuse/cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud, listing errors). Any payment taken will be refunded.
• Promo codes must be applied at checkout and can’t be added retroactively.
9) Limitation of Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
• This does not affect the mandatory consumer rights you have in your country/region of residence.
11) Changes to These Terms
• We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
